It will take up 14-days to receive your content, once all videos are received. Delay in submitting content may extend delivery dates. Content will include watermark and will not be sent in highest resolution until full payment is receive.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. Refunds minus the nonrefundable deposit are only available if you cancel before any editing or content work has started. Once clips are reviewed, organized, or editing has begun, no refunds can be provided. If you are unhappy with the initial draft, I offer revisions to ensure your final video meets your vision.

If I cancel, you will be given a full refund minus the PayPal fees. There will be no refunds on deposits or payments if you are +10 mins late. If you happen to PIF (pay in full) and need to cancel prior to the deadline date stated in your email, I will refund you the remaining balance minus PayPal fees & deposit. If you have PIF and cancel after the deadline date, no refunds will be given.

You will receive 2 revisions after drafts. There will be no revisions after 24-hours once final product is sent.

A strategic discussion with the bride will take place beforehand to review all details and ensure minimal interference. Most brides allow guests one quick photo opportunity before the ceremony begins — this is when I will capture content while still respecting your unplugged ceremony wishes.
